Mini Raggy Oval Patch Applique Design

Visor: I hooped medium weight tearaway stabilizer and stitched the mini raggy oval patch on to it with a layer of flannel underneath my fabric. Trim the fabric around the oval patch, leaving about 1/8" of fabric. Scrape with scissors to create the raggy effect. Peel away tearaway stabilizer. I used Fabric Fusion fabric glue to glue the patch to my visor!
